Our Executive format provides academic continuing education programmes for ambitious specialists and management staff, with practice partners from the world of business.

What distinguishes a specialist and a good manager?

Success is conditionally predictable, but the requirements can indeed be created for it. Besides professional competence and personal commitment, it is a reflective and proactive attitude, the constant development of key competences and the experience in role perception which make the difference - because only those who know themselves can lead others.

On the one hand, the aim of our format is to strengthen self-reflection, to develop attitudes and role- and behavior-related competences. On the other hand, it is the teaching of the latest trends and knowledge as well as getting to know and apply proven tools of modern cooperation and leadership. The Institute for Leadership Dynamics GmbH (ILD) cooperates with the bbw Hochschule. In a time of digital transformation the ILD has set itself the task of strengthening cooperation and leadership through consulting, coaching and role-based qualifications in organizations.

ILD supports our clients with change processes in different business phases and topics in the national and international context. Based on a detailed requirements analysis, exclusive profiling and integration with concrete business goals, ILD establishes proactive attitudes for its customers and develops key competences to strengthen productivity, innovation and competitiveness.
