Start of the winter semester: bbw Hochschule welcomes new dual students in Electrical Engineering

At the start of the 2025/26 winter semester, bbw Hochschule warmly welcomed its new first-year students to the dual study programs in Electrical Engineering - Control and Safety Technology and Electrical Engineering - Traction Power Supply and Catenary Systems.

Yesterday, a total of 63 new students were welcomed in a ceremony by professors from the engineering department, company representatives, and university staff.

The students can look forward to a practical course of study based on the proven dual model: every three months, they will either gain practical experience at their partner companies or deepen their theoretical knowledge during attendance phases at bbw University.

We are particularly pleased about the continued trust of our corporate partners from all over Germany, who are once again making an important contribution to the training of qualified specialists together with us this year.
