"The sky is the limit, and I will fly high" When Rutwik Hrushikesh Godse began his master's degree in "International Technology Transfer Management" two years ago, it was clear to him that he would like to stand on this stage at some point and give a speech of thanks to his fellow students. "It doesn't work without a vision or a goal. You have to believe in yourself and not be afraid to ask for help." Today, Rutwik and 86 other graduates of the bbw University receive his diploma and he can even call himself the best of their year in his course of studies. "My two-year journey with the bbw university shaped me very much and I am grateful for the fact that the coworkers locally were always there for me."

The graduation ceremony in the Hotel Estrel began in the classic way with the ceremonial arrival of the Bachelor and Master graduates and the subsequent applause of their proud families and friends. After the audience was welcomed by the chancellor of the bbw University, Heide Traemann, Dr. Andreas Forner, Managing Director of the bbw Academy - the bearer of the bbw University, spoke: "This is your day and your event. With your conclusion you have best chances as technical and high-level personnel in the economy everywhere on the world and are excellently prepared for the today's working world." Especially in times of digitalization and globalization, young people are faced with ever new challenges. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Gebhard Hafer, Rector of bbw University, emphasized this in his laudation: "Tonight the learning process will not end, but will last a lifetime in our constantly changing society".

One of the highlights of the evening was Jasmin Taylor's speech, which told the bachelor and master graduates her interesting life story, which was marked by many ups and downs. The founder and managing director of Jasmin Taylor GmbH, who came to Germany from Iran as a fugitive from Iran, then completed her studies in the USA before finally founding her own company, JT Touristik, a tour operator focusing on the United Arab Emirates, in Berlin in 2009. Although this dream burst in 2017, she found a way to realize it again. "Life goes on and on and it is always your decision how to go on. You have your life in your hands and you can change it at any time".
