The Study Programme
- Full-time studies: 2 years or 4 semester
- 1st April and 1st October of each year
- Friday: 02:00 p.m. - 07:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 08:30 a.m. - 03:45 p.m.
- One attendance week in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd semester (Monday-Friday: 08:30 a.m. - 03:45 p.m.)
The course comprises 21 modules including master thesis and colloquium.
Presence days are Friday and Saturday. In addition, one attendance week takes place in each of the first three semesters.
All exams are held during the course and are assessed according to the ECTS (European Credit Transfer System). The course concludes with an application-oriented master thesis.
The practical relevance of the Real Estate Project Management course is particularly pronounced, as is the case with all other courses offered by the bbw Hochschule. All course content is taught using the latest teaching methods and networked applications. Since our professors and lecturers come from the business world, they can integrate their experience and their network into their teaching in a particularly practical way. In addition, lectures, case studies and specialist debates parallel to excursions and guest lectures are formative elements of the course.
In addition to classroom instruction, the acquired specialist knowledge is reflected and applied in self-study, in group work and in accompanying learning (eLearning). The different life and professional backgrounds of the students are seen as an important enrichment.
