APS - Certificate of the Academic Evaluation Center

The Academic Evaluation Center (APS) verifies the documents of applicants who wish to apply for studies in Germany with a Chinese, Vietnamese or Indian school or university certificate. In case of positive verification, you will receive an APS certificate. The aim of this procedure is to simplify the application procedure for German universities and to speed up the issuance of a visa.

Additional information for applicants from India

Please note that a valid APS certificate must be submitted to receive enrollment documents.

Applicants with Indian degrees who are already in Germany do not currently need an APS certificate to apply, regardless of the desired study program. For more information, please visit the website of the APS office in India APS office in India.
