In our degree programme „Business and Management“ you build a broad business foundation while developing the competencies that matter in the working world of tomorrow – from management and marketing through to digital business processes.

With the Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management you qualify for a wide range of tasks in companies, organisations and projects. Individual specialisation options let you tailor your studies to your interests and sharpen your profile.

The full-time programme includes a three-month internship; the part-time variant integrates several practical elements. It concludes with a practice-oriented Bachelor’s thesis.

Career & prospects

Graduates start in central functions such as finance, customer service, purchasing, sales or HR – for example in the automotive, technology, mobility or service industries. Transformation projects, the management of small and medium-sized companies, founding your own B2B or B2C business or going on to a Master’s degree are equally possible. With digitalisation, AI and the ecological transformation, the Berlin/Brandenburg region offers a dynamic environment.

Admission requirements

You are admitted with the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), the entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife) or a relevant professional qualification. There is no numerus clausus.
