What is it about?
Help shape the future of complex real estate projects and take on responsibility at the interface of business, planning and construction. In our Master’s programme „Real Estate Project Management“ you develop advanced specialist and leadership competencies for steering new-build, refurbishment and development projects successfully.
You learn how demanding real estate projects are planned holistically, designed commercially and implemented successfully, and how to coordinate the various players from architecture, construction, finance and administration.
With the Master of Arts you qualify for responsible positions in project management in the real estate and construction industries and lay the foundation for a career in a dynamic and demanding working environment.

The programme comprises 21 modules including the Master’s thesis and colloquium. Seminar-style teaching is complemented by case studies, business simulations, construction site visits and project work. The programme was designed in consultation with DVP – Deutscher Verband für Projektmanagement in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft e.V.; a basic certificate can be obtained during your studies.

Admission requirements
Admission requires a first professionally qualifying university degree (for example a Bachelor’s or Diplom) in a relevant field such as real estate economics, architecture, civil engineering, business administration or economics, facility management, industrial engineering, geography, urban and regional planning, surveying or (commercial) law.
