In our degree programme „Real Estate Management (dual)“ you connect sound business expertise with hands-on professional experience in the property sector and earn two recognised qualifications: the Bachelor of Arts and the IHK qualification as a real estate agent (Immobilienkaufmann/-frau).

The programme covers the entire life cycle of a property – from the first project idea through planning, construction and management to modernisation and change of use. It is offered together with BBA – Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft e.V. Berlin.

Career & prospects
With both qualifications you are prepared for a variety of tasks in project development, investment, sales and the management of residential and commercial property. You gain professional experience at your partner company while still studying.
Admission requirements
You need a higher education entrance qualification and a training or study contract with a partner company. Applications and admission are handled by BBA – Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft (bba-campus.de).
Fees
39 instalments of EUR 380.00 plus the BBA vocational school fee
The tuition fees are covered either by your training company or by yourself.
