Help shape the future of complex technical plants and infrastructure and take on responsibility at the interface of engineering, management and operations. In our Master’s programme „Electrical Engineering – Advanced Technical Plant Management“ you deepen your engineering expertise and develop into a manager for demanding technical systems.
You learn how large plants in energy, production, logistics and transport are planned, operated and optimised, and how technical, commercial and organisational requirements are successfully brought together.
With the Master of Engineering you qualify for responsible specialist and management positions in technical plant management and in the industry and infrastructure of tomorrow.

The programme is aimed at engineers working with large technical plants – for example in production, energy generation or transport and logistics. It can be taken consecutively after a Bachelor’s degree or part-time alongside work over five semesters.

Career & prospects
Graduates take on specialist and management responsibility in the management of large technical plants in industry and infrastructure. bbw Hochschule is institutionally accredited by the German Council of Science and Humanities (Wissenschaftsrat) and system-accredited by FIBAA.
Admission requirements
Admission requires a first university degree in engineering; ideally you already work in an environment involving technical plants. The work-integrated format makes it possible to study alongside your job.
