For Executives and Specialists

Under the umbrella of the bbw Hochschule, long-standing partners have created an exclusive qualification format for executives and specialists such as HR managers. In this collaboration, we have included high-quality qualifications in our portfolio that aim to the development of effectiveness in collaboration and leadership as well as to the perception of specialist roles. The different qualifications go beyond the training of methodological skills. Above all, self-reflection and intensive exchange with practitioners should be possible. Accordingly, our format is mainly made up of long-standing experienced top executives and specialists.

What distinguishes a specialist and a good executive?

Success is conditionally predictable, but the requirements can indeed be created for it. Besides professional competence and personal commitment, it is a reflective and proactive attitude, the constant development of key competencies and the experience in role perception which makes the difference - because only those who know themselves can lead others.

The Institute for Leadership Dynamics GmbH (ILD) cooperates with the bbw Hochschule. In a time of digital transformation ILD has set itself the task of strengthening cooperation and leadership through consulting, coaching and role-based qualifications in organisations.

ILD supports our clients with change processes in different business phases and topics in the national and international context. Based on a detailed requirements analysis, exclusive profiling and integration with concrete business goals, ILD establishes proactive attitudes for its customers and develops key competencies to strengthen productivity, innovation and competitiveness.
