Start of the Studienkolleg in March 2021

The bbw Studienkolleg started for the first time about a year ago. On Monday, March 15, 2021, we welcomed the participants for the Studienkolleg for the third time in compliance with hygiene regulations. The face-to-face meet and greet was used for a brief orientation and a document handover. Otherwise, the Studienkolleg will take place online.

The Studienkolleg serves to prepare participants for the Feststellungsprüfung (FSP), which is necessary if the acquired university entrance qualification is not sufficient for admission to studies within Germany. With the help of the bbw Studienkolleg, participants will be prepared for the FSP examination in lessons at grammar school level. The FSP exam takes place at the cooperation partner TU Berlin. You can choose between economics (W-course) or technical sciences (T-course).

We are pleased to welcome five participants from Bangladesh, India, Afganistan, Nigeria and Russia to the T-course of the Studienkolleg. The focus of the T-course is on the contents of physics, math and chemistry, which means that the participants usually aim to study in the engineering field. In addition to the chosen focus, language skills as well as basic subject-specific knowledge are taught and methods and individual learning strategies are developed.

bbw University of Applied Sciences warmly welcomes the participants and wishes them much fun and success in the upcoming two semesters of the bbw Studienkolleg.
